Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Platform or any Bot for any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.

You may not use Bots to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate the terms of the connected channel providers. In particular, you must comply with the applicable policies of channel providers, including the WhatsApp Business and Telegram terms of service, and obtain any required user consents before initiating messaging.

You may not use Bots to generate or distribute content that harasses, threatens, or defames others; incites violence or hatred; sexualizes minors; or is otherwise abusive or harmful.

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform; overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; or circumvent the credit system, quotas, or other technical or contractual limitations.

You may not use Bots to provide regulated advice (including financial, legal, tax, or medical advice) to third parties without appropriate human oversight and any licenses or authorizations required in your jurisdiction. Bots do not replace qualified professionals.

Violations of this Policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your Account, without refund of expired or forfeited BotCredits where permitted by law. Where required, we may report violations to the relevant authorities or affected third-party providers.
