When a Bot is active on a connected channel, message content and related metadata are processed to generate and deliver Bot responses. Message content may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers and to the relevant channel providers for the purpose of delivering the service. We limit the data shared with these providers to what is necessary to operate the Bot.

Connections to third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, Telegram, and similar) are established with your authorization during installation. Data accessed from those services through such connections is used solely to provide the Bot's functions and in accordance with the permissions you grant.

We may share personal data with: (i) service providers acting on our behalf (including hosting, analytics, and customer-support tools); (ii) payment processors; (iii) AI infrastructure and model providers used to deliver Bot functionality; and (iv) authorities where required by law or to protect legal rights.

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as contractual protections with our processors, consistent with applicable law.

Message content processed by Bots is retained only for the periods described in the Platform documentation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
