Fixed packages are only examples. You can top up any amount from $10 and your credits will be calculated at the same rate: 1 BotCredit = $0.01.

Monthly service fee
A 10% monthly service fee (minimum 500 credits per live bot) keeps each bot installed, hosted, and monitored.
12-month credit validity
Purchased credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase, oldest used first. Anything unused after that expires; oldest credits are consumed first.
Pause at zero
If your wallet can't cover the next monthly service fee, it goes to zero and your bot is paused. Top up and your bot returns to live automatically.

Usage examples and "how long credits last" figures are illustrative approximations; actual use depends on task complexity, message length, and model.
Pricing changes
Credit prices, per-action rates, and the monthly service fee (currently 10% or 500 credits per live bot, whichever is higher) may change with prior notice; changes apply to future cycles only and never to credits already in your wallet.
Taxes
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT/sales tax where applicable; tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
Non-transferable
Credits are tied to your account, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold.
